Wire Brushes
We have wire brushes with soft, medium and hard wire suitable for all types of Bandsaw & Circular Saw Machines. Different type of wire brushes are recommended as per the material being cut. Wire Brushes play an important role in the consistency of the tool life. Proper usage shall improve the Tool life.
REFRACTOMETER
Proper usage of coolant is essential for enhanced tool life. We recommend a ratio of 6% for oil to water for mild steels and non-ferrous metals, and a ratio of 10-12% for stainless steels or high nickel steels. The oil to water ratio is measured by refractometer and can be checked through the eye piece.
Band Saw Blade Tension Meter
Correct blade tension is vital to avoid taper cuts. Tension meter measures the accurate blade tension when mounted on the band wheels. This will help to avoid cutting through low tension which results in taper cuts or high tension, which leads to blade breakage and machine damage.
Micro Mist Oil
Premium Ester-Based Mist Oil, odourless, available for use in High-Speed Carbide Metal Cutting Machines. Different grades available for Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals. The use of a high-quality mist oil helps achieve better tool life.
